Announcements: I am excited to be at Red Mill as the part-time guidance counselor! I am at Red Mill on Mondays and Tuesdays. I work with Kindergarten and 2nd grade.
In June, I will be reviewing all we have learned in Kindergarten. We will talk about feelings, how to handle a conflict, and how to deal with strong feelings.
Also in June, I will be teaching 2nd grade students about Summer Safety. We discuss when to call 911 and what to do. We talk about how to be safe in the water and at home, and where to go for help when you need it.
Please remember to reinforce safety measures with your child this summer. We want everyone to have a safe and fun-filled summer!
I have enjoyed working with your children and look forward to seeing them again in the fall!
